ADA Amendments Act 2008 Resources
Date: May 7, 2009As most readers are aware, the ADA Amendments Act of 2008 was passed and signed into law in September. The Act went into effect January 1, 2009. The next step is for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission to revise their ADA Title I employment regulations to reflect the changes. After that occurs the Department of Justice and the Department of Transportation may also revise their ADA regulations. Meanwhile, here are some resources on the Act:
