When will the Department of Justice adopt the 2004 ADA Accessibility Guidelines as a new ADA Standard for Accessible Design?
The Department of Justice has deferred publication of any new regulations until they are reviewed and approved by officials appointed by President Obama. We hope this will occur in 2009.
