Cost of Publications
The cost of each publication is listed next to the title of the publication. However, some publications are free.

Payment
If you shop online, payment is made with your credit card using the PayPal online payment system. When you have finished shopping online, your order will automatically be totaled including shipping and handling.

Shipping and Handling (S&H)
There is $3.00 charge for shipping and handling. S&H will automatically be calculated with your order. We will ship your order the best way possible.

Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart
To put a publication in your Shopping Cart, start by searching or browsing through our list of publications. When you come to an item that interests you, you can select it for purchase by using the "In Cart" button on the item description page. You may then continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
