The Institute for Human Centered Design (IHCD) is presenting an evening workshop for MW19 conference participants on Tuesday, April 2, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., at its office at 200 Portland Street in Boston. The workshop will provide a demonstration by Valerie Fletcher, Executive Director, IHCD, and a group of user/experts of the power of contextual inquiry research with individuals who live with a wide range of physical, sensory, and/or brain-based disabilities.  Reviews will include a selection of U.S. and international museum digital interactives, apps, and websites. Following the overview presentation, the audience will be invited to move into break-out sessions where IHCD staff will lead small groups of user/experts in reviews of digital products brought by conference participants.
