Client Need Assessment: A Handbook for Local Government officials

This handbook hopes to increase awareness amongst local officials of nature of client need assessment, to be aware that there are ways of getting better information for decision making, and in many cases they can consult clients to get good information. This is explained through the client need assessment process.
