Housing for a Maturing Population

The rationale for the development of this book was the recognition that the traditional housing industry has been, for the most part, either unaware of or disinterested in this emerging unmet housing need. Although much has been written about the elderly, it most commonly has addressed the needs of the urban elderly poor. This is no longer sufficient. While this book draws on that experience, it is hoped that is provides a much broader perspective and challenge.
