Description
This book is a study of an experiment in educating a group of previously untrained women to recognise and assist those in need of psychological aid. It includes a discussion of the aims and goals of the experiment along with a brief description of the training techniques and the jobs in which the trainees were subsequently employed. The bulk of the text is an evaluation of the students by their co-workers, families, supervisors and themselves. The book indicates that this experiment was a success.
